From Better Homes and Gardens books, a like-new, lightly-used copy of the softcover book "501 Quilt Blocks" by Better Homes and Garden staff. This is the 2nd edition; it was copyrighted in 1994. This book is described on its cover as "A Treasury of Patterns for Patchwork and Applique". It provides clear instructions for making a variety of 4-inch quilt blocks. Patterns are grouped by theme; themes include patchwork, holidays, appliqué, traditional, alphabet letters, numbers and more. There are 40 ideas for setting blocks together in small or full-size quilts and other projects (clothing, home decorations, seasonal decorations and personal accessories). The book measures 9.1 inches x 9.8 inches x 0.5 inches, with a weight of almost 34 ounces. It has 320 pages plus front and back covers.
