PROVENANCE: Unearthed from the 20-year "Boutique Wreckage" Excavation. Documented central hub survivor. Preserved in a climate-controlled vault since the original mid-2000s release cycle.THE ARCHIVAL NARRATIVE:The Asics Gel-Kayano TN400 is a cornerstone of early-2000s technical footwear. This specific specimen represents the peak "Silver Runner" aesthetic—a high-saturation metallic silver cage over an optical white breathable mesh, accented by deep cerulean blue. Unlike modern retros, this is an Original 2004/2005 Production specimen. It carries the "Factory Crunch" and structural density unique to the era's Japanese engineering.TECHNICAL AUDIT:• UPPER: High-gloss metallic overlays. Zero oxidation or pigment loss.• MIDSOLE: Original Gel-cushioning architecture. Material remains firm and stable.• CONDITION: True Deadstock (NIB).
