Tapout CageSide Welterweight SneakerColorway: White / BlackSize: Men's US 8EU Size: 39Condition: Deadstock / UnwornPackaging: Original box and tissue includedStyle Code: 43766/WBKThis pair comes from the Showroom Collection archive — a recovered inventory of early-2000s boutique retail stock discovered in long-term storage after store closures.Unlike most vintage footwear currently available on the secondary market, the majority of items within this archive remain true deadstock, many retaining original packaging and unworn condition preserved for over two decades. Most comparable pairs found online today show signs of wear, restoration, or heavy storage damage. In contrast, items from this archive were discovered stored in bulk boutique inventory and remained largely untouched.Because of this, many pieces qualify as collector-grade or museum-level preservation examples.COLLECTOR PRICING EXPLANATIONPricing reflects the preserved condition, rarity, and archive origin of items within the Showroom Collection.Serious collectors seeking original-condition Y2K footwear understand that preserved examples from this era appear far less frequently than worn pairs currently circulating in the secondary market.ARCHIVE STORAGE PATINA CLAUSEDue to long-term storage, minor signs of storage aging may occasionally be present on certain items or packaging. These may include light creasing, faint impressions, or minor box wear consistent with vintage retail back-stock storage. These characteristics are considered part of natural archive storage patina and do not affect the unworn status of the item.MULTIPLE PAIR DISCLOSUREThe Showroom Collection archive contains multiple preserved examples of certain models and colorways. Additional pairs may be released gradually as the collection continues to be cataloged.AUTHENTICITYAll items in the Showroom Collection originate from verified boutique retail inventory acquired directly from long-standing retail storage. These are not thrift finds or secondary-market acquisitions.Authenticity is guaranteed.VIDEOGRAPHY / ARCHIVE DOCUMENTATIONThis item is part of the ongoing videography and documentation process for the Showroom Collection archive. As the collection continues to be cataloged and recorded, select pieces are filmed under controlled lighting to document condition, materials, and authenticity as part of the archive record.SHIPPINGItems are professionally packed to protect both footwear and packaging during transit.Where original boxes are included, the box will be protected within an additional shipping box to preserve its condition during shipment.COLLECTOR CONTEXTThe Showroom Collection represents a preserved snapshot of early-2000s streetwear and boutique footwear culture.Brands represented in the archive include:Laguna BeachEVISUAntik DenimJohnny BlazeRaw BlueCOOGIBaby PhatVon DutchPhat FarmReebokFILAASICSSauconyGBXEckoEnyceBearFoxNew BalanceDadaGourmetFUBUSouthpoleRocawearMany of these items were produced in smaller boutique distribution runs, making unworn examples increasingly difficult to find today.
