A rare opportunity for the railroad enthusiast! This set includes a 1930s Louis Marx M-10003 Union Pacific Streamliner with a fully functional wind-up mechanism.Found dusty and forgotten in my Grandfather’s attic, I have personally serviced this piece with a thorough cleaning and a light touch of oil to bring it back to life. It is waiting for the opportunity to bring joy to its next appreciative owner and begin its next chapter.Condition & Notes:The Train: 3-unit articulated tin litho set (Mail, Diner, Coach) with vibrant original colors. The mechanism is smooth and tested.Mechanical Note: There is a slight bend on one axle which does not prohibit functioning. I have lovingly restored this with the utmost respect, but it may welcome a little extra TLC from a seasoned Train Collector with deep knowledge of vintage railroad antiquities.The Bonus Art: Bundled with the train is a charming Mid-Century Modern mixed-media 3D wall art piece. It features a steam locomotive crafted from copper foil and "found objects" set on olive velvet in a vintage wood frame.Together, they create a perfect, ready-made vintage railroad display!
