These boots show minimal signs of wear. Slight creasing on uppers & counters. Soles are clean & show very little signs of wear. **Please see pictures** The pictures were taken in sunny weather (so unusual for NW WA!) and don't do them justice -- these boots are prettier in person. The leather is nubuck which has a slight nap so the photographs make them look somewhat distressed, which they are not. These boots are super comfortable, so much so that when my brand new pair were stolen in Las Vegas, I just had to buy another pair! These boots are edgy without being over-the-top chunky.
