Generously loved rain/wind jacket by Browning. Has a tear behind one sleeve and a few light stains, please see photos. Still has a lot of life left. Inner pocket with velcro closure, outer pocket with zipper closures. Adjustable hem with adjustable toggles. All zippers and toggles work. Other than the tear on a sleeve, everything else is in good shape. Hood can be rolled down and fastened with via velcro.
