Made from 100% rayon so the drape is fluid and lightweight — perfect for warm-weather layering or dressed up with boots in the fall. The elastic waistband keeps things comfortable and easy to style. Tiered ruffle detailing at the hem gives it movement and a bohemian feel that photographs beautifully.</p><br /><p>Size 1X. Waist measures approximately 14 inches flat (stretches with elastic).
