Condition: Pre-owned and in good shape for its age. Patina: The palm features a natural dark patina and some vintage darkening from use, which is common in gloves of this age. Heel Detail: Please note that the heel lacing is currently absent from the side 2 eyelets. See last picture. Lining: The interior lining is in great vintage condition with normal wear. Design History: This is a classic vintage fielder's glove, an iconic piece of baseball history associated with Darryl Strawberry. Features: Includes the iconic "Edge-U-Cated Heel" design, "Fastback" closed-back construction for added support, the classic "Trapeze Web" design, and the famous "The Finest in The Field!" stamp. Size: Approximately 12 inches, measured from the tip of the index finger, down along the inside of the pocket, to the heel of the glove using a flexible tape measure, stopping just shy of the bottom edge. Orientation: Designed for a right-handed thrower (worn on the left hand). Collector's Note: This is a fantastic collector's item for any baseball or Darryl Strawberry fan.
