Vintage Les Benard Double Strand Pearls 18" Signed Gold Tone Closure Needs TLC. It has discoloration and peeling of the gold tone.<br> <br>This necklace is a vintage Les Bernard piece featuring hand-knotted faux pearls, typically made of glass with a champagne or cream-colored coating.<br><br>While described as "faux," these are often high-quality weighted glass beads that are individually hand-knotted between each pearl for durability and a classic drape.<br> <br>Does need to be cleaned. The hook is tarnished and alot of the faux pearls close to the hook need to be cleaned. I have not had luck cleaning Faux pearls and will leave that up to the experts.
