Vintage mid-century Blackamoor / Moor’s Head figural brooch featuring an elaborate jeweled crown with vibrant green and aurora borealis rhinestones set in richly textured gold-tone metal.Exceptional dimensional construction with finely detailed sculpted facial features, ornate royal collar, and dangling rhinestone earring accent. The crown and settings display unusually refined workmanship compared to many standard costume jewelry examples from the period.Unsigned example in the style of high-end mid-century makers such as Florenza, Selro/Selini, and Italian export costume jewelry houses. The hollow recessed back construction, detailed casting, textured gilt finish, and period rollover clasp all support authentic vintage manufacture dating approximately to the 1950s–1970s.Estate fresh condition with age-appropriate wear and patina present throughout, including some paint/gilt wear to facial high points and minor finish wear consistent with vintage use.
