The layered wire design creates an intricate, overlapping circular base. Radiating from the center are four marquise-cut, frosted satin glass stones in a vibrant aqua-blue hue, each held securely by small metal prongs. The central focal point is anchored by a single, brilliant round-cut clear rhinestone set within an ornamental textured starburst mounting.
