This exquisite piece is a classic example of "Grand Tour" souvenir jewelry, meticulously handcrafted in Italy (likely Rome or Florence) during the Victorian era for wealthy European travelers.Design & CraftsmanshipThe pendant features a stunning display of tiny, hand-set glass tesserae (mosaic tiles) configured into delicate geometric and floral motifs. The central design highlights a series of light blue and pink forget-me-not flowers against a dark, contrasting background.
