DESCRIPTIONUp for sale is a beautiful, authentic 1920s–1930s Art Deco tabletop swivel / swinging picture frame. This piece features unique mixed-material craftsmanship, combining a dark-painted wooden stepped pedestal base and side pillars with a molded metal inner frame. The frame is structurally adorned with delicate, die-cast metal geometric filigree corner brackets.The bottom of the base retains its original protective wool felt footers to safeguard your furniture surfaces. Included inside the frame is an original black-and-white silver gelatin photograph from the era, depicting a man in a tweed suit seated outdoors in front of a rustic wooden building displaying a partial exhibition sign reading "..HECH... OW." .DimensionsInner Frame Opening: Approximately 7.25" x 9.25"Outer Frame Dimensions: Approximately 9" x 11"Fits: Comfortably holds standard vintage 7x9" photos or trimmed 8x10" prints.ConditionThis item is in original antique condition with charming, authentic age-appropriate wear. The wooden pedestal base shows cosmetic paint chipping along the sharp edges, exposing the lighter raw wood beneath. The inner metal frame and filigree corners show minor surface scuffs and an attractive aged patina. The swing and tilt pivot mechanism functions smoothly.
