Item Overview:Up for sale is a commercial-grade Tomlinson heavy-duty cast iron reversible 2-in-1 griddle (Part Number 1016904). This premium double-burner piece features an 18" primary cooking deck with dual functionality. One side is completely flat and smooth for eggs, bacon, and pancakes, while the reverse side features raised ribbed grates for searing meats and creating authentic grill marks. It includes two low-profile integrated side tab handles.Condition:Open Box / Unused (Mint structural condition with minor cosmetic shelf wear)Structural Integrity: Excellent. The cast iron is 100% solid with no chips, cracks, warping, or deep pitting. It has never been cooked on.Cosmetic Notes: This griddle is an unused piece that sat in box in storage. It was given a light wash and a foundational seasoning (canola) polymerization. Because it is genuine cast iron, some minor cosmetic storage discoloration, original factory seasoning marks, and light surface flash rust remain in the hard-to-reach crevices of the logo stamp and grease troughs.Ready for Use & Customization: While ready for use, user may want to perform their own wash and personalized seasoning cycles to desired preference.Sold as-is.--These items are part of an estate from a collector and carpenter by trade (descended from other crafts-persons, mostly in Connecticut).
