Vintage KEM 100% Cellulose Acetate Plastic Playing Cards Double Deck SetDesign: Athens Pattern (Gold and Black Geometric)Manufacturer: KEM Plastic Playing Cards Inc., Poughkeepsie, NY (Code 472 - April 1972)Condition: AS-IS / INCOMPLETE (Please Read Fully)Cards: The set contains one complete deck. The deck is MISSING the 5 of Diamonds. A previous owner manually marked up one of the jokers to act as a placeholder 5 of Diamonds. This card may be able to be carefully cleaned.Case & Packaging: Includes the original black plastic hardshell storage box and the factory inspection slip, which are in great condition. The outer cardboard sleeve is included but exhibits visible stain damage and age wear (see images).The plastic card stock itself remains crisp with plenty of snap and flexibility. This lot is sold strictly as-is for parts, replacement cards, or decorative display.--These items are part of an estate from a collector and carpenter by trade (descended from other craftspersons, mostly in Connecticut).
