Unlike typical synthetic velvet, this piece is crafted from a luxurious 70% Viscose / 30% Silk blend with an elegant vertical ribbed/plisse texture that gives it an exceptionally soft feel, fluid movement, and premium tactile depth.Features a mock neck, long sleeves with gathered ribbed elastic wrists, a stretchy elastic waist, and a flirty tiered ruffle bottom hem.
