This vintage 1990s Polo Sport Ralph Lauren Ocean Challenge cap is constructed from white cotton twill with a 6-panel design, breathable embroidered eyelets, and a fabric strapback closure featuring a silver-tone metal adjustment buckle. The front crown highlights a detailed nautical compass graphic embroidered in black and red surrounding an American flag, with Ocean Challenge and Polo Sport text incorporated into the center crest. The underbill features a contrasting dark brown cotton twill lining, and the interior is finished with a woven Polo Sport Ralph Lauren tag indicating 100 percent cotton construction made in Taiwan. Showing age-appropriate cosmetic character, the internal sweatband has light, scattered yellowed storage or sweat discoloration along the inner band. The brown fabric underbill shows mild fading from age, while the white cotton crown, outer brim, top button, and front embroidery remain crisp and in clean vintage condition.
