Beautiful true vintage faux fur jacket dating approximately to the 1940s–1950s, with an original Albert's – Mt. Vernon, Illinois furrier/store label. This elegant mid-century jacket is made from deep chocolate brown faux fur that has an exceptionally dense, smooth plush texture. The classic silhouette features a soft rounded shawl-style collar, dramatic wide turn-back cuffs, discreet front closures and side pockets. The inside is especially lovely, fully lined in lustrous chocolate-brown satin with a repeating silver-toned woven motif. Three decorative monogram initials from the original owner remain sewn into the lining, adding wonderful vintage provenance and character. Details: Brand: Albert's, Mt.
