<p>1936-P Walking Liberty Half Dollar</p><p>KM# 142 | 90% Silver | VF/XF</p><br /><p>The Walking Liberty Half Dollar (KM# 142) was designed by Adolph A. Weinman and minted from 1916–1947. Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful coins ever struck by the U.S. Mint.</p><br /><p>Obverse: Liberty draped in the American flag, walking toward the sunrise, carrying oak and laurel branches. LIBERTY above, IN GOD WE TRUST to the right, date 1936 below.</p><br /><p>Reverse: Bald eagle perched on a mountain rock, wings spread, with pine sapling at left.
