Up for sale is a beautiful mid-century vintage Volupté loose powder compact, proudly made in the USA. This piece features a highly detailed, embossed gold-tone map design on the front celebrating the state of Missouri and the city of St. Louis, framed by regional illustrations.The interior features the classic "Volupté U.S.A." stamp on the inner powder door, a working latch mechanism, and the original glass mirror.Condition Details:This is an authentic vintage vanity piece and shows character consistent with its age. Please review all photos carefully:Exterior: The gold-tone finishes remain bright with a lovely vintage patina. Normal light surface scratches and minor wear are present from past handling.Interior: The inner latch opens and closes securely. The powder well shows cosmetic aging/discoloration from past makeup use.Mirror: The original glass mirror is intact.
