Condition Details (Please Read):

• Electronics: The fireplace light is currently NOT working. I checked the battery compartment and it is clean with no corrosion, but the light does not activate.

• Exterior: There is notable wear/damage on the bottom corner (see photos). The wood shows some separation/fraying in that area.

• Interior: There are some scuffs and marks on the floor and walls from previous play (see detailed images).

• Overall: Still very sturdy and displays beautifully! Perfect for a handy collector who might want to troubleshoot the light or for a child's playroom.
