Add a touch of vintage winter charm to your collection with this 1972 limited edition collector plate. Titled "Safe Together," this piece features a beautiful high-relief (bas-relief) design of a family of three sparrows huddling together on a snow-covered evergreen branch. Product Specifications Artist: Steiner-Prag Manufacturer: Hutschenreuther (Selb, Germany) Distributor: Wallace Silversmiths Year: 1972 Material: Fine Porcelain / China Design: Blue background with white raised relief and gold-rimmed edge. Inscription on Reverse: "Safe Together – In the cold of a winter's eve a family of tired sparrows nestles close in warmth and affection. Sleep embraces them. Together they find the sense of peace all creatures of the earth long for at this tranquil time of the year." Condition Report Front: Excellent vintage condition. The relief remains sharp, and the gold rim shows little to no wear. No chips or cracks detected. Back: Shows some minor age-related spotting/discoloration on the unglazed foot ring and small spots on the glazed surface (see photos for close-up details). These do not affect the display quality of the front. Original Packaging: Not included. Shipping & Handling Care: Plate will be securely bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box to ensure safe arrival.
