Discover a fascinating piece of early 20th-century history with this curated 5-piece estate lot. Thanks to closer examination of the items, we have uncovered incredible historical details—including an authentic 1909 World's Fair souvenir glass and a heartwarming turn-of-the-century handwritten postcard. This eclectic collection is perfect for historical ephemera collectors, EAPG enthusiasts, or unique home decor. What’s Included In This Lot: 1909 Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition EAPG Ruby Stain Glass: A magnificent turn-of-the-century World's Fair collectible piece. This Early American Pattern Glass toothpick holder or small tumbler stands at approximately 2.25 inches tall and features a clear, deeply notched fluted base with a beautiful molded button pattern on the bottom. The deep red ruby stain body is beautifully wheel-engraved by hand with the attendee's name, "Viola Schrader," on one side, and the official World's Fair exposition initials and date, "A.Y.P. 1909," on the other. Leaded Glass Framed Antique "Greetings" Postcard: A beautiful piece of social history. The front features a scenic view framed by vibrant yellow roses. The reverse side is wrapped in a textured, soldered metal frame with a hanging wire. It features a charming, phonetically written pencil message addressed to a Miss Velma Emerson of Riverton, Nebraska: "Dear Velma, we love you. Got a little house for Christmas... mama hear[d] and robert made them." Great Britain Gold-Tone Map Cigarette/Card Case: A striking mid-century black enamel case featuring an intricate gold-tone map design of Great Britain complete with regional towns, historic sailing vessels, and blowing wind gods. Includes its original internal elastic band. Eli Lilly & Co. / Iowa Drug Co. Metal Advertising Clip: A heavy-duty, white enameled vintage pharmaceutical memo clip reading "Route Your Lilly Orders Thru Iowa Drug Co. Des Moines, IA." The back retains its original red-typed pharmacy inventory label reading "Not Covered By Title XIX List." Dodge City "Boot Hill" Pewter Souvenir Spoon: This highly detailed collector's spoon depicts Front Street in the bowl and "Boot Hill" down the handle. The reverse features a buffalo emblem, a historic "JAIL" building, and crossed six-shooters. Marked Japan on the back and comes in its original plastic display box. Condition All items are in well-preserved vintage condition. The ruby stain World's Fair glass has exceptionally bright color with clear, crisp engraving and zero chips, cracks, or flea bites on the delicate notched base or rim. The framed postcard glass is fully intact, and the pencil writing remains very legible. The Eli Lilly clip has minor paint chipping and surface wear from authentic pharmacy use. The map case shows light scuffing on the plain textured reverse side. Please review all provided photos to view these incredible details up close. Stored in a smoke-free environment. Every item will be individually wrapped in bubble padding to ensure maximum protection during transit.
