This is a vintage, poseable Scarecrow action figure from the 1988 The Wizard of Oz 50th Anniversary collection produced by Multi Toys Corp. The figure features the Scarecrow in his classic green top and patchwork pants, proudly holding his diploma. It stands approximately 4 inches tall and features standard vintage articulation at the hips and shoulders.
