Vintage Pure Crest Sharp Cheddar Cheese Stoneware Crock with Wire Bail Handle Up for sale is a vintage Pure Crest brown stoneware cheese crock featuring its original metallic gold label, matching ceramic lid, and wire bail locking clamp mechanism. Produced for the Pure Cheese Co. in Mayville, Wisconsin, this 1 lb. 6 oz. crock features a deep, glossy dark brown glaze with a starburst pattern on the unglazed stoneware base.
