This unique lot features traditional wooden shoes, regional Iowa souvenirs, and a vintage nursery rhyme display plate. What’s Included in This Lot: Two Pairs of Traditional Yellow Wooden Shoes (Klompen): Classic, brightly lacquered yellow wooden shoes decorated with traditional hand-painted orange, black, and red geometric patterns. Perfect as rustic shelf decor, cultural displays, or unique planters. Pella, Iowa Souvenir Ceramic Shoes: A miniature pair of teal-glazed ceramic shoes inscribed with "Pella" and "Iowa". The bottoms are hand-marked with a date from 1943 ("5-13-43") and signatures. "Little Boy Blue" Vintage Display Plate: A lovely ceramic nursery rhyme plate featuring a colorful illustration of Little Boy Blue asleep under a haycock with the text "Little Boy Blue come blow your horn". It features a clean blue trim line along the rim. Vintage Dutch Girl Figurine: A small cream-colored plastic figurine featuring a girl wearing a traditional Dutch bonnet, dress, and carrying a shoulder yoke. Item Condition & Size Details Condition: Pre-owned / Vintage. Wooden Shoes: The shoes measure approximately 7.5 to 8.5 inches in length. They feature a small pre-bored hole on the inner sides for hanging or tying them together. They show classic vintage handling wear, including minor paint chips on the upper trim and a distinct scuff/chip on the back heel rim of one shoe. The raw wood interiors show natural texture and age. Dutch Girl Figurine: Stands right at 4 inches tall. It is in good vintage shape with crisp molded details and features a tiny red mark on the smooth bottom base. Miniature Ceramic Shoes: The teal glaze is shiny and intact with no major chips. Measure approximately 2.5 inches in length. The bottoms show unglazed clay surfaces with original handwritten pencil notes from 1943. Display Plate: Features light crazing on the glaze layer typical of vintage ceramics and a small brown aged spot on the back rim.
