Vintage 1961 The Good Housekeeping Book of Cake Decorating Hardcover A charming and highly collectible mid-century baking guide edited by Dorothy B. Marsh, featuring vibrant color photography by James Viles, Paul Dome, Hi Williams, and Herbert Matter. Packed with retro cake designs, piping technique charts, frosting recipes, and special occasion decorating ideas for holidays, birthdays, and weddings. Bonus Included: Vintage Cake Cutting Guide Sheet: Includes an authentic 3-hole punched insert titled "With a Bakery Food - It's Easy: Cutting Guide for Batter Cakes", featuring vintage portion yield diagrams for 8", 9", 10", and 11" layer cakes.
