Up for sale is a classic vintage Nordic Ware Double Rosette & Timbale Iron set, manufactured by Northland Aluminum Products Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Designed with a "two molds per dip" speed-up feature, this heavy-duty cast aluminum set allows you to easily make traditional, crispy Scandinavian rosette cookies and delicate timbale pastry shells (patty shells) right at home. What's Included This complete 4-piece interchangeable mold set comes in its original vintage retail box and features: 2 Rosette Molds (Open Forms): 1 Flower/Rosette pattern and 1 Star pattern. 2 Timbale Molds (Closed Forms): 1 Heart shape and 1 Round fluted tart shell shape. 1 Double Handle: Features a classic turned wooden grip handle attached to a dual-pronged threaded metal rod to safely fry two pastries simultaneously. Original Paperwork: Includes the original vintage recipe booklet and instructions safely tucked inside the box. Condition Note The cast aluminum molds are in great, clean vintage condition with sharp definition. The double iron rod shows light, authentic vintage surface oxidation/patina appropriate for its age, but remains completely solid and structurally sound. The original wooden handle is firmly attached. The original cardboard box shows normal vintage shelf wear, including some creasing, scuffs, and soft corners/edges on the flaps, but still retains vibrant graphics and holds the set securely.
