This is a beautiful, vintage Jan Hagara Collectables porcelain figurine titled "Jody and the Toy Horse." Produced by Royal Orleans in the early 1980s, this piece captures a charming Victorian-style scene of a young boy holding a wooden pull-toy horse with a tiny doll rider. The base features nostalgic toy details including a drum with sticks and a ball.
