Mattel - 1997 Holiday Barbie - error misprint box Special Edition Doll has green eyes Dark hair - brunette Caucasian - maybe Hispanic Spanish doll Barbie is wearing a red, white and gold ball gown - dress Original Walmart price sticker on the box Box is in good condition there are some scuff marks on the cardboard and plastic part of the box from storage. 17832 Doll has never been removed from the box. * Dolls left shoulder strap is detached. * Picture of doll on back of box has blue eyes - MISPRINT * Missing 10th Anniversary on the back of the box - MISPRINT - there should be a 10th anniversary banner above the Happy Holidays on the back of the box. This banner is missing from this box. The 1997 Happy Holidays Barbie, which is the 10th anniversary edition of the Holiday series, has a known rare packaging error where the "10th Anniversary" text is missing from the back of the box. This misprint, along with the doll having green eyes instead of the blue eyes pictured on the box, makes it a highly sought-after collector's item.
