The Story: I discovered this item in stack of art and papers while going through an estate sale in San Antonio, TX. The owner was a collector of many things. This item, however, was the only of its kind. He was not in the military but his Uncle was in the Army during WWII and this may have been a passed down heirloom of his. We will never know!
