Item: Natural Whole Kentucky Geode Weight: 23.6 pounds Condition: Natural Origin: Kentucky, USAThis listing is for a single, exact whole Kentucky geode specimen weighing 23.6 pounds, naturally formed and left completely unopened. The exterior consists of a white limestone-based matrix with visible fossil material, including a crinoid calyx fossil embedded in the outer host rock.Because this geode is unopened, the interior crystal formation is unknown. Based on regional geology, Kentucky geodes commonly contain quartz and may also include chalcedony, agate, or calcite; however, no interior contents are guaranteed.This specimen has not been treated, altered, repaired, or enhanced in any way. No chemicals, dyes, stabilizers, or coatings have been used. The geode remains exactly as collected, in its natural state.This piece may be kept intact as a display or collector specimen, used for educational purposes, or opened by the buyer at their discretion.You will receive the exact specimen shown.
