New Sierra 58255P Amega Domed Tachometer, a popular SeaStar/Sierra gauge line formerly associated with Teleflex marine instrumentation. The Amega series is known for its clean black-dial appearance, low-profile black bezel, easy-to-read white pointer, and red/white graphics that match many factory and aftermarket boat dash layouts. This is a 3" marine analog tachometer designed to display engine speed from 0-7000 RPM for outboard and 4-stroke gas engine applications using O/B alternator or coil sender input.Manufacturer specifications include 12V DC operation, current draw of approximately 0.10-0.15 amp, operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, IP65-rated gauge front, 3.78" bezel outside diameter, 3.39" housing outside diameter, and 3.43" required dash cutout. It features through-dial and perimeter lighting for night readability, a scratch-resistant domed glass lens that helps shed water, and a black near-flush bezel. Optional Amega eyebrow or square bezels may be available separately for a modular dash look. Note: Mariner 30 and 40 HP 2-cylinder engines may require Mercury module 17461A2.Condition is New.
