Genuine Shurflo 255-215 inline pump strainer/filter for marine, RV, camper, and freshwater pressure pump systems. Shurflo/Pentair strainers are trusted accessories for protecting diaphragm pumps, helping keep debris and particles out of the pump head before they can cause poor flow, leaks, noise, or unnecessary repairs. This is the desirable 255 Series swivel/wing-nut style strainer, commonly used on Shurflo freshwater pump installations where a compact vacuum-side inlet strainer is required.Manufacturer specifications for the 255-215 include OEM model 255-215, equivalent aftermarket family 255-315 designation C, fresh water pump debris strainer application, vacuum-side-only use, 1/2 inch NPS-M male inlet port, 1/2 inch NPT hex wing-nut outlet port, 50 mesh T-304 stainless steel screen, polypropylene top housing, nylon bowl, and EPDM gasket. Rated maximum temperature is 120 degrees F / 48 degrees C. Approximate net weight is 0.12 lb. The clear bowl design makes it easy to see when cleaning is needed, and the strainer disassembles for screen cleaning and reassembly.Condition is used excellent: clean, intact, and ready for installation, with normal light evidence of prior handling/use.
