• • This Chrome Plated Brass Half Cowl Vent was on boats as a way to get air flow and ventilation into the vessel without allowing water in. These were used on vintage pleasure crafts such as Chris Craft and Lyman have a beautiful patina and though the chrome has warn off in some places the brass underneath could be polished up beautifully for use on board your classic vessel or as great maritime decorations as well!. We have not made any repairs to this piece - it is being sold as found.
