Up for sale is a vintage 1966 First World Printing of Modern French Culinary Art by legendary chef Henri-Paul Pellaprat, published by The World Publishing Company. This monumental cookbook is an essential encyclopedia of mid-century French cuisine, menus, techniques, and presentation. Good vintage condition. Please note that the original dust jacket is missing. The gray cloth hardcover boards have some light age-related surface smudging and shelf wear along the edges. The text block is thick and securely bound, the spine text is bright, and internal pages are clean, flat, and free of heavy kitchen staining or loose pages.
