<p>Original advertising/promotional stirring tool from Mautz Paint Company of Madison, Wisconsin. Made of solid steel with a slotted chuck-style shaft designed to fit into a hand drill for fast, even paint mixing. The wide perforated blade has multiple holes to help agitate and blend paint thoroughly.</p><br /><p>Stamped with “FOR BEST RESULTS — MAUTZ” along the shaft. Mautz Paint has been a Wisconsin institution since 1892, and branded tools like this were given out by paint dealers to promote proper mixing technique.</p><br /><p>Condition: Vintage, shows honest age with light surface staining/oxidation consistent with shop use. Stamping is crisp and fully legible. No bends, cracks, or structural damage — fully functional.</p><br /><p>See photos for measurements and condition. </p>
