Up for sale is a rare, highly collectible piece of archival Pacific Northwest outdoor history. This early 1980s Early Winters utility parka features a heavy technical nylon shell paired with an ultra-cozy, high-pile acrylic sherpa fleece lining throughout the main body and hood. The sleeves are equipped with premium vintage Polyolefin interlining insulation for low-bulk warmth, fitted with heavy-duty YKK zipper hardware and a wind-blocking snap-button placket. Features a permanently attached fleece-lined hood, drawstring waist adjusters, and elastic storm cuffs. A beautiful piece of heritage gorpcore.Fabric Composition:Shell: 100% NylonBody Lining: 56% Acrylic / 44% Polyester (Sherpa)Sleeve Lining: 100% Nylon w/ 65% Polyolefin & 35% Polyester InterliningCondition:Excellent vintage condition overall with incredible structural integrity. Fabric is crisp and the sherpa lining remains plush. There is a small, minor dark stain cluster on the lower front hem area near the bottom snap button (perfectly documented in the final photo). Free from any major rips, tears, or structural issues.
