High quality dark navy blue velvet mod style mini dress from Miss B by Busy Bees in a girls/tween size 14. This sophisticated piece features a timeless boat neckline, cap sleeves, a hidden back zipper, and a beautiful contrasting satin striped hem detail. It is in great pre-owned condition, with only some minor discoloration on the front velvet nap as shown in the photos. I have not attempted to get them out, so I don’t know how permanent they are.<br/>Perfect for holidays, formal events, or a classic preppy look. <br/>Pit-to-pit: 15.5” across <br/> Waist: 15.5” across<br/>Length: 32”
