Fostoria American 2056 5" Nappy and Cover Candy DishKokomo Glass Stars and Stripes cordials originated in America. The pattern features alternating vertical panels of stars and clear stripes. Each cordial is 3 3/4" high and 2" across. The Indiana Tumbler and Goblet Company moved to Kokomo from Greentown in 1900 and became known as the Kokomo Glass Manufacturing Company. Kokomo Opalescent Glass (KOG) is a glass manufacturer based in Kokomo, Indiana. KOG is known for their high-quality, hand mixed sheet glass. They are also the oldest producer of hand cast, cathedral and opalescent glass in the United States.
