These lace-up shoes are made of a mesh upper, padded nylon lining with no overlays to eliminate irritation, and premium orthotic insole with anatomical arch support that re-aligns the foot and entire body posture. The Ortho-Cushion technology helps relieve foot and heel pain, ideal for those with sensitive, tired feet. Designed with multi-layer cushioning and a wide-toe box design that alleviates pressure on swollen feet, bunions, and hammertoes, these sneakers are orthotic and AFO-friendly. Pull loop at the front.
