Lying flat, waist is about 12 inches on one side or a total of 24 inches. Waist when stretched on one side is about 12.75 inches or 25.5 total inches. See last picture for a model view of what was a listing of the dress. This dress was sold on high-end bridesmaids/gown websites but is discontinued as far as search results show.
