Beautiful Black & White Paisely A-line flared skirt with fold over waist or can be worn as a strapless dress, Size XS. Very soft and flowy. Great for summer! Excellent condition International Concepts INC from Macy's. One owner. Tube portion is double lined. The skirt is a full flared A-line. Dress measures approx 44.25" long from very top to very bottom. It measures 12" across at tube portion but is stretchy so there is a couple of inches give. Tube portion measures 12" from top of dress to waist seam. As pictured in the folded over skirt photo it measures approx 31.5" 95% poly/5% spandex. Smoke free home. See photos for more details. If you are unsure or need more details, please contact me.
