First Day of Issue Commemorative Envelopes from 1937-1957 Lot of 12. All are stamped, some are used. 11 are wrapped in plastic which I did not remove. Paper is yellowed. There is a piece of card stock inside most for stability. Includes the following: 2/19/37 Heroes of the American Navy, 9/28/45 US Army, 10/16/46 New Mexico, 6/1/46 1796-1946 Tennessee, 11/4/48 Will Rogers, 10/27/45 US Navy WWII, 8/10/46 Smithsonian Institution, 5/28/48 Four Chaplains Memorial, 5/23/49 300th Anniversary of Annapolis, 4/27/49 Luis Munos Marin, 6/27/50 Honoring Samual Gompers, 7/1/57 National Education Association.
