Durable galvanized steel connector designed for secure mounting of 4x4 wood posts to concrete surfaces.<br><br>Features a 1-inch standoff to help prevent rot at the post end by keeping it above surface moisture. The adjustable design allows for precise positioning of the post after the anchor bolt has been placed in concrete. <br><br>Rated for 2500 lbs. tension when used with a 5/8 inch diameter anchor bolt. Perfect for deck, porch, and patio cover construction. New in original packaging with installation instructions included.
