The textiles are heirlooms passed on from her step mother. They are consistent with the hallmark handmade style of the 1970s and 1980s.Size: Handmade squares of approximately 15 x 15 cm, with 1 cm variance. Total weight approximately 42 grams.Condition: Good vintage quality. Consistent with its 40 to 50-year history, the linen features a soft, aged gray tone—a natural patina of time. The piece with the four red flowers is more antique-gray than the others. Authentic characteristics include scattered amber age spots and faint surface marks, both hallmarks of genuine heritage. You will also find some blue marks on the orange flower napkin, that are from the original blueprinting.Embroidery: The embroidery on this set of six features a vibrant, hand-stitched display of traditional motifs, with each piece showcasing a unique variety of colorful wildflowers in rich reds, pinks, purples, and blues.
