This page of European ephemera features a reproduction of the famous 1843 Biedermeier painting titled Pigeon-post by the celebrated Hungarian artist Miklós Barabás. The back side has a historical biography about Barabás alongside a small black-and-white illustration depicting a gathering of friends in the artist's studio.This individual leaf was extracted from section May 11, 1930 of A Pesti Hírlap Vasárnapja 1930-1931, a nearly-antique Hungarian book of Sunday newspaper highlights.Ships from Hungary!
