This 1949 Central Bank of the Philippines One Peso Banknote features the prominent revolutionary hero Apolinario Mabini and the historic Barasoain Church on the reverse side—the site where the first Philippine Republic was inaugurated. This banknote beautifully captures the transition era of the newly independent Republic of the Philippines.<br><br>Serial: NA755347<br><br>Security: Authentic tiny red and blue silk fibers embedded throughout the paper substrate and slightly raised textured ink details<br><br>Measures: Approximately 162 mm × 67 mm<br><br>Condition: Circulated with foxing, small physical tear, and a tape repair/residue located at the top center margin.
