Issued in January 2000.<br><br>Serial: AL 332022<br><br>Size: Approximately 140 mm × 70 mm<br><br>Security: Under an ultraviolet blacklight, this note explodes with color! It features a bright neon-yellow block over the top-left numeral "5", glowing yellow butterflies on the left margin, an illuminated green numeric "5" box, a glowing national coat of arms, and reactive ink elements on the stylized bat silhouette.
