This is an incredibly substantial, masterfully crafted vintage Mexican sterling silver scorpion statement bracelet. Originating from the legendary silver capital of Taxco, Mexico, this unique piece features a fully articulated, figural scorpion design that wraps beautifully around the wrist.<br><br>This is an exceptionally heavy, collector-grade piece weighing a massive 136.8 grams (4.4 ounces). The front claws securely clutch a stunning, high-dome oval purple amethyst cabochon.<br><br>Wearable Length (Inner Circumference): Approx. 6.5 inches (Best suited for small to medium wrists)<br><br>Amethyst Stone Dimensions: 1" x 0.75" (Approx. 25mm x 19mm)<br><br>The integrated tongue-and-groove clasp mechanism functions smoothly and securely.<br><br>Condition: Excellent vintage condition with a gorgeous, undisturbed dark unpolished patina in the recessed areas that beautifully accentuates the 3D exoskeleton detailing.
